Mitzi Rauers

Having spent 20 years involved in the medical field as a respiratory therapist and owner of a successful respiratory equipment company, Mitzi sold her business in 2007. Armed with a lifetime affection for small-town charm, she went off in search of her dream destination. And, as a result of many weekend visits to Highlands along with her husband Hammond, who is the co-owner of Franklin Ford in Franklin, they eventually bought their permanent home in Highlands Country Club. 

In the years following their move, while enjoying the wonderful restaurants, arts, plays, and social environment of Highlands, they have also become deeply involved in all aspects of this small community…participating, donating, and serving in leadership capacities for numerous civic and charitable organizations.
