Kathryn Davis

Kathryn has called the beautiful mountains of Cashiers home for twenty years, having moved here from Atlanta at age four. A graduate of Summit Charter School and Blue Ridge Early College, her experiences growing up, learning, and working locally have given her a unique perspective on life on the Plateau. Passionate about community and sustainable growth, Kathryn enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband, Charles, and their dogs, as well as exploring local craft shows, mentoring her younger siblings, and welcoming them into her home.

An active community member, Kathryn volunteers with the Boys & Girls Club of the Plateau, cherishing the opportunity to impact local youth. She also serves on the Leadership Cashiers Alumni Council, the BRS Booster Club, and is involved with the Cashiers Area Chamber of Commerce.

Professionally, Kathryn is the founder of Davis & Co. Concierge, a business dedicated to enhancing clients' experiences on the Plateau. Her company offers full-service property management and concierge services, allowing clients to enjoy their time in Cashiers without stress. Driven by her love for the area, Kathryn is committed to helping others focus on what matters most.
