Joe is a retired physician/hospital administrator. They live in Knoxville Tennessee and are in Cashiers approximately six months a year. Joe supports the Boys & Girls Club of the Plateau because of the great need in this community for the children and parents. He spends the majority of his time in Cashiers playing golf, and hiking with his wife.
